Head of Investor Relations and Treasury Henriette Wennicke is leaving GN for a role as Group Chief Financial Officer at Zealand Pharma.

The new head of IR and Treasury is Anne Sofie Staunsbaek Veyhe, who is at the same time promoted to vice-president.

Anne Sofie Staunsbaek Veyhesuccessfully led GN’s mergers and acquisitions and strategic projects since 2020. Prior to joining GN, Anne Sofie Staunsbaek Veyhe worked in Private Equity at Advent International and Horizon Capital and in investment banking at JP Morgan.

Over the next few months, Anne Sofie will work alongside Henriette to ensure a solid handover.
