OnePlus first launched the Nord series in 2020 as part of its mid-range and budget smartphone offerings in different regions including the US. While North America saw limited releases of Nord models, other markets like Europe and India saw a few additional OnePlus Nords. models, including audio products. Now it seems that OnePlus is not limited to these product sets.
New details from a reliable tipster on Twitter tell us more about OnePlus’ upcoming Nord products.
According to Mukul Sharma, OnePlus is preparing to launch Nord 3, alongside other wearables like Nord Watch and Nord Band, which are likely affordable versions of OnePlus wearables. He further stated that a pair of new Nord Buds are in the works. Additionally, we could see more IoT products from OnePlus under the Nord name, as well as a measuring scale that could be an affordable alternative to other smart scales like the Withings Body Cardio.

In a series of other OnePlus-related tweets, Sharma also suggests that OnePlus Nord Wired headphones are also in the works. These have already spear (opens in a new tab) in the United States, but the launch of these headphones is apparently scheduled for August 27 in the Indian market.

Not just Nord products, Sharma has shared exclusive information hinting at OnePlus’ plans to enter the monitor market. Sources familiar with the matter reportedly said that OnePlus will release at least one monitor, preferably a 24-inch model, for the Indian market. Sharma hints that the launch is expected to take place in the coming months, giving Indian consumers another display option besides OnePlus TV models.
All in all, it looks like OnePlus has apparently planned a slew of new Nord products to complete the family. Considering the moniker they come under, suffice it to say that they make these products more accessible to consumers.
Earlier this month, the company announced the OnePlus Nord N20 SE as the company’s latest budget Android smartphone, which is actually a watered down version of the already affordable OnePlus Nord N20.
