OnePlus Nord 2 / CE 5G with SoC Dimensity 1200 coming soon

According to tipster Digital Chat Station (via Mukul Sharma), the OnePlus phone with the Dimensity 1200 chipset is expected to be released soon. This is probably the successor to the OnePlus Nord, called Nord 2. However, the phone could also be called OnePlus Nord CE 5G, as it has been in the news belatedly. The phone’s launch is slated for mid-June, according to tipster Mukul Sharma. In addition, the OnePlus Nord 2 is also expected to launch in India.

As a reminder, the company launched the OnePlus North in India as a smartphone below Rs 25,000 powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. The potential successor carrying the Dimensity 1200 looks like a good upgrade. The original Nord also has a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, four 48MP cameras, and a 4,115mAh battery with Warp Charge 30W fast charging, among others. You can expect the OnePlus Nord 2 to come with a few more upgrades under the hood. Maybe faster loading speed and improved cameras? We should find out more about the specifications of the OnePlus Nord 2 in the days leading up to launch.
