After less than five months of work, Nathan Parch is no longer employed by the city.

Parch took office on May 17, replacing Chandler Poole, who was fired in October 2019.

Alderman Dylan Parker, Ward 5, said City Manager Randy Tweet emailed all council members on September 27: “I have accepted Nathan Parch’s resignation with immediate effect.

Parch and HR Director Rob Baugous could not be reached for comment.

“I know the community and economic development staff were delighted to have a director in place since Chandler left; it’s been a while, ”Parker said. “I don’t think anyone expected or wanted him to quit.”
