Tolls Brothers opens gated community in Conroe

Toll Brothers, a luxury homebuilder based in Fort Washington, Penn., announced the opening of Teaswood Avenue, a gated enclave in Conroe north of The Woodlands offering designed homes with indoor-outdoor living spaces and spaces for working from home.

The 55-lot community is approximately 44 miles north of downtown Houston off League Line Road just west of Interstate 45. The outlet is located at 1708 Encino Blvd. at Conroe.

“Teaswood Avenue is a new, secure, approximately 18-acre residential community nestled a short drive from Lake Conroe and Sam Houston State Park,” said David Assid, Toll Brothers Houston Division President.

Toll Brothers will build on 30 home sites, according to Assid. The model home is under construction and is expected to be completed in October.

Homes will be built on 60-foot-wide lots with one- and two-story options. Prices start in the upper $500,000, according to Toll Brothers.

The builder offers six home models ranging from 3,078 to over 3,500 square feet. The homes feature dramatic entryways, open kitchens, first-floor master bedrooms, walk-in closets, home offices, three-car garages and indoor/outdoor living features, according to Toll Brothers. The houses contain 4 to 6 bedrooms and 3 to 5 bathrooms.

The community is zoned to the Willis Independent School District.
